The story so far

Jake has no cash, no job and no excuses left, and Vanessa, his landlady, has stopped pretending the talk is about money. She offers an arrangement. He accepts. Then Mia, the landlady's daughter, spots the new tenant, works out the deal quickly, and wants a turn. In episode 2 Jake is dodging texts and juggling two women who each think she is the only one, with Vanessa right downstairs and Mia whispering that they had better stay quiet.

Why Spice 1

Level one, a slow simmer: money is the leash and the landlady knows it. The free episodes are built on the arrangement, a second landlady in the building and a lot of lying. Explicit material is saved for the paid episodes.
