The story so far
Nate lands a well-paid assignment: keep an eye on his boss's wife, Lucy, while the boss is away in Singapore for a week. Lucy has other plans. The boss phones at ten every night, and Nate has to come up with a line for him. By the end of episode 1 Nate has been asked to sleep over in the guest room next door, with his door open. Episode 2 brings another call, an order to check on her in the bedroom, and a quiet question about whether he is only checking or staying.
Why Spice 2
Warming up: a secret, a power play and a husband calling from far away. Episode 1 runs on loaded looks and a guest room too close for comfort, and episode 2 builds the pressure without rushing toward anything.
