The story so far
He relocates to a fresh city wanting a clean start and rents a place on a quiet street. The landlord is Jamie, cheerful and a bit too hearty. His wife Courtney is the one who notices the new tenant, and the way she carries his things inside says plenty. Everyone on the street is oddly friendly, promising to look after newcomers. By episode 2, a neighbor named Nicole is at the door with a bright excuse and a suspicious amount of information about him, courtesy of Courtney. A voiceover warns that the one who should be worried is the tenant.
Why Spice 4
Level four: a landlord's wife, a friendly street that knows too much, and a welcome with fine print. It heats up fast and gets stranger by episode 2. Explicit scenes are reserved for the paid episodes.
