The story so far
A broke guy replies to a suspiciously cheap listing and takes a room beside two roommates, Sienna and Mia, who couldn't be friendlier. Too friendly, as he discovers when he overhears them wagering on which of them wins him first, with the loser paying his rent. Instead of running, Jake decides to play along and keeps quiet that he heard everything. In episode 2 the rivalry heats up over morning flirting, pointed warnings and who can get closest to him, and Sienna swears she always gets what she wants.
